Did you know our NDTDataCloud portal enables users to remotely upload construction profiles & import piling schedules direct to their rig computers ?

Pre-configuring a Construction Profile ensures the site details are correct as well as providing important construction instruction to the operator. This includes:

• pre-charge & re-charge requirements;
• flap / bung clearance distance;
• oversupply targets;
• what to do after a delay during concreting;

Uploading a Piling Schedule via NDTDataCloud significantly reduces the risk of a pile being installed to the wrong depth or wrong diameter, plus it provides the driver with an instant confirmation of which piles remain to be installed at that contract.

The schedule function deals seamlessly with updated or revised schedules which is vital in ensuring operators are working to the latest revision.

We were delighted to supply specialist contractor McDonnell Piling & Foundations Ltd with CFA instrumentation for their new Llamada P140-TA. Final installation of the system was undertaken in County Cork by Greenhow Plant & Engineering, with commissioning and calibration being actioned remotely from our base in the UK.

Congratulations to Mike and his team at Burras Ltd on their latest acquisition - a Llamada PK85-TA.

If you do not have suitable instrumentation but need to monitor concrete pressure when pumping or blowing out, we may have just the solution.

This portable unit comprises a NDT concrete pressure sensor connected to a configurable 3.5" TFT display. The indicators can be configured to vary between green, amber and red depending upon the pressure within the pipework. 

Standard sensors have a maximum pressure of 16 bar, with custom sensors being available to a maximum of 50 bar.

The unit is fitted with a rechargeable battery pack which means there is no requirement for an external power supply.

Assemblies are available for both 4" and 5" pipework.

We were delighted to continue our long established association with Van Elle Piling with the supply of CFA / DAP instrumentation for their RTG-19.

The rig was immediately put to work installing Rigid Inclusion Piles at a site in Port Gordon, Scotland.

Our NDTDataCloud application ensured that Van Elle had complete and near instantaneous online visibility to the piling works.
